Limitation of Liability

PGH Consultancy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide consulting advice based on information provided and industry best practices, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and materials developed by PGH Consultancy remain our intellectual property. Clients receive licenses to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
